Yoga for Triathletes Session at the Matty White Training Camp.
Hi Amber, Just a quick thank you for the yoga class as part of the MWT camp. I never done yoga & would have never considered it as part of training for triathlon. But I’m so glad I did your session! Your yoga session was fantastic I felt like I was strengthening & loosening my body during the session, while my mind was getting freed & relaxed. Felt great straight after. Possibly blinded by being male, normally any other sessions other than swim, bike or run I would do would be strength based weights sessions. But from now on I will be replacing a weights session with a yoga session based on your teachings. Once again thank you to introducing me to the benefits of yoga!
